The event will feature a cooking demonstration led by renowned Chef Trinh Nguyen from Ba Sa, a traditional Vietnamese restaurant that draws inspiration from French cuisine in Bainbridge, Washington. Proceeds will support Helping Link- Một Dấu Nối in its mission of empowering Vietnamese-Americans’ social adjustment, family stability, and self-sufficiency while nurturing community service and youth leaders. Funds will underwrite programs including English as a Second Language (ESL), technology literacy, and citizenship classes, as well as individualized assistance in obtaining services for our clients in the areas of COVID-19 assistance, healthcare, employment, financial assistance, housing, parenting supports and more.
