Marketing Manager
Helping Link is looking for an event Marketing Manager; someone who is creative and enthusiastic with great communication and organization skills to coordinate and plan the marketing of our 31st annual fundraising fundraising event this October.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing kits and campaigns for our annual fundraising event.
- Drive internal and external marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development, advertising and external marketing.
- Develop regular content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote our event.
- Work with cross-functional internal volunteer teams (graphic designers, communications, instructors, IT/web team, etc.)
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess strong and professional oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with marketing research and strategy development.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.Familiar with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Driver’s License or Legal form of ID needed for Background Check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.Orientation and Training.
Weekly time commitment
- Minimum of 4 hours/week
- Present – End of October
- Opportunities to continue as Marketing Manager Volunteer post-fundraising event
