Our Services

Helping Link/Một Dấu Nối offers free support services and community programs to the Vietnamese-American community in the Puget Sound region. From citizenship and ESL classes to technology lessons and citizenship support, our services assist our clients in their transition to the U.S by improving their language proficiency and enhancing their chances for employment. Each year Helping Link provides these services to hundreds of Vietnamese-Americans.

Why I Volunteer?

“Three years ago, I decided to get involved in the local community through volunteering. Helping Link/Một Dấu Nối offered a meaningful way for me to meet new people and build connections. My experience has been filled with heartwarming moments and inspiring stories. I’ve witnessed the determination of our scholars as they master a new language and the joy that lights up their faces when they successfully communicate in English.” - Cassie Koscianski, ESL instructor
